- Click “Print" in the upper left corner, and then go the "Media Size" section.
- Select DK -1247/DK-11247: 4.07" x6.4" or 103mm x 164mm under "Media"

Solution:
File→Print→Printer→Select your Brother printers→Properties→Paper Size→
4.07" x 6.4" or 103mm x 164mm
