Many of you are still wondering how to track your order once you have received your tracking number after the packages have been shipped. All you need to do is first identify the carrier and then enter your tracking number on the carrier's corresponding website.

Track Step 1 of 2: Identify The Carrier by Your Tracking Number

Basically, we mainly use 3 different carriers like Amazon Logistics, USPS and UPS. So the first step is to find out which shipping carrier is delivering your packages based on your tracking number.

Amazon logistics: 15 digits start with TBA
Eg. TBA 3046894375XX
If your tracking number is 15 digits and starts with 3 capital letters 'TBA', then Amazon Logistics is your carrier.


USPS: 22 digits, all numbers
Eg. 93612897198173518982XX
If your tracking number is 22 digits all number, then USPS is your carrier.


UPS: 18 digits start with 1Z
Eg. 1Z 94E2W513028516XX
If your 18-digit tracking number starts with IZ, then UPS is your carrier.


After you find out which carrier is delivering your package, you can enter your tracking number in the 'Track Order Box' field on the carrier's corresponding website.
