I am getting emails for a review of the labels I was to receive but they still have not arrived. Ordered the labels on the 7th of November. I have emailed but the only response I have gotten is”how did you like your delivery” At the very least correspond as if you are aware of the situation. Does anyone actually read the customer service emails?
Our shipment arrived damaged so we had rolls missing, Betckey replaced it with a new case, so all in all we received 5 extra rolls. Thank you so much. Your replacement was beyond our expectations.
