When it comes to the printer compatibility, some users may get confused. We understand it. There are so many labels and printers on the market and we can easily get confused by all the parameters the product detail page shows. Every day, we receive dozens of questions regarding compatibility. Today, lets dive into one of them: Are Dymo 30336 compatible with Rollo Label printers? Lets go!
Table of Content
Dymo 30336 (1 in x 2 1/8 in) is one of Dymo’s thermal labels that are mainly used for return address labels. In addition, the narrow shape can also be used for many other applications, including packages, envelopes, letters, parcels, signs, and temporary labels.
Since the 30336 labels have a width of 1 inch, they’re only compatible with thermal printers that can adjusted to 1 inch or smaller. This makes the Dymo LW series printers an ideal choice, as they support the narrow 1-inch print width.
If you’re considering a compatible thermal printer, an excellent option is the iLabel Printer , which supports a minimum print width as narrow as 1 inch. Most desktop thermal label printers on the market can only print labels with a width of 1.57 inches or greater, so the iLabel Printer offers more adaptability in this regard. For additional information on the iLabel Printer, please refer to this link .
Compatible printers include:
Dymo LabelWriter Series: DYMO 450, 450 Turbo, 450 Twin Turbo, 450 Duo, DYMO 4XL, DYMO Wireless Printer, 400, and 332.
Other Compatible Thermal Printers: Zebra printers and most thermal printers that support an adjustable print width of 1 inch.
Important Note: The Dymo 30336 labels are not compatible with the Dymo 550 and Dymo 5XL printers, which require RFID chips in the labels.
There are currently three types of Rollo desk label printers on the market, including Rollo Wireless Printer,Rollo USB Label Printer,Rollo Wireless Label Printer. Unfortunately, they all require a minimum print width of 1.57 inches. Therefore, Rollo label printers are not compatible with Dymo 30336 labels.
In summary, the Dymo 30336 large return address labels are compatible with a wide range of Dymo LabelWriter printers (excluding the 550 and 5XL models that require RFID chips) and other thermal label printers with a 1-inch print width. However, they are not compatible with Rollo label printers. Hope this article helps you.
