When the logistics company couldn’t deliver my order because of an incomplete address Betckey’s customer service quickly sent a replacement order. The label tape seemed indistinguishable to Brother tape for a much better price. I would definitely order from them again.

Haven’t had a chance to use them yet. 5 Stars on delivery and service. Thanks
I've been purchasing this for the company consistently, and it has proven to be very reliable.
These labels are excellent quality with a nice matte finish. They are easy to use, and the thickness feels premium. The print comes out clear once fed through the thermal printer. Plus, they peel off the backing smoothly and stick firmly to packages, ensuring they stay in place during shipping.
Hard to dislike, it does the job and great value. With right setting on the thermal printer label came out like a pro.
I’ve used thousands of these labels with the Brother QL-1100NWB printer. Most of the time, there have been no issues with printing or sticking them to different surfaces. The price and compatibility with the printer are hard to beat.
