The rapid development of e-commerce and logistics has made our lives more convenient, but it has also brought significant challenges, with environmental pollution being one of them. Glue-Free Design
Betckey refuses to follow the conventional approach of most manufacturers. We've developed a unique glue-free design for our labels, using rotary force to make the last label adhere to the roll without hot-melt adhesive. Every roll can use up the last label. Saving one label per roll might seem insignificant, but saving one label per 100 rolls saves 100 labels, and saving one label per 1000 rolls saves 1000 labels. Given that Betckey sells millions of rolls annually, the savings are significant. This design not only solves the waste problem but also maximizes label usage, which is a welcome benefit for users.
Let's look at other brands. Most label manufacturers, including mainstream ones like Brother and Dymo, use hot-melt adhesive to bond the roll to the label. This method can cause jams, making the last label unusable and creating waste. Moreover, the extra layer of hot-melt adhesive significantly increases the difficulty of recycling the labels. Thanks to them not developing such products, Betckey has had the opportunity to stand out.
Reusable Cartridges for Brother DK Rolls
One major difference between Brother labels and other brands is that Brother labels require a cartridge. This means every time a roll is used up, the old cartridge is discarded, leading to unnecessary waste and higher costs.
