The answer is sadly no. Most Brother labels, including the  DK 2225 , can only print in black and white on the QL-800 or any other Brother label printers. But luckily, with a QL-800 printer, you can print red with our DK-2251 Black/Red on White Continuous Labels .

DK 2251 label rolls are popular because they allow you to print in red, which is an important feature for many individuals, business owners, and office employees. While regular colors like black and white are good for common messages, they can’t stand out as much. When you need to label storage bins, mark folders, print warning tags, etc., highlighting important information is essential. DK 2251 is the perfect choice for those who need to emphasize key details.

Main features of Brother DK 2251 include:

Color: Black/Red

Size:62mm x 30.48m

Material:Paper

Adhesive: Reliable on extreme temperature (14℉~158℉). The patented Premium Adhesive provides long-lasting powerful stickness.

Compatibility: QL 800 range, including QL-800, QL-810N and QL-820NWB

FYI: DK-2251 label rolls only work with the three QL printers mentioned above because these printers are equipped with two different print heads that enable two-color printing by applying different temperatures. So check if you have the right type of Brother label printers before purchasing DK-2251.
