Answer : Brother printer incorrectly identify the label size.

Correct the "Paper Size" to DK -1247/DK-11247 size: 4.07" x 6.4" or 103mm x 164mm.

Solution:

Print→Media Size→Media→Select 4.07" x 6.4" or 103mm x 164mm.

  1. Click “Print" in the upper left corner, and then go the "Media Size" section.
  2. Select DK -1247/DK-11247: 4.07" x6.4" or 103mm x 164mm under "Media"
