When goods are still in the warehouse, barcode labels are used for identification and management. Once the goods are sold and need to be shipped, shipping labels are applied to manage logistics and track the shipping status of the products.
  

  The standard size for shipping labels is usually 4" by 6", commonly used on platforms like UPS and USPS. However, on the East Coast of the United States, other popular sizes include 4" by 2", 4" by 2.5", and 4" by 3". These smaller labels are more paper-efficient.

1．Open your Dymo LabelWriter Software.

2．Choose New to open a new blank label sheet.

3．Choose paper size.

4．Edit your text.double click your text, go to the Advanced property and change the reference name to a field from your Checkroom account. This ensures the system recognize the field later.

5．Use the tool bar to edit other elements, for example, insert logos, barcodes and image.

6．Drag the text box or other element you add to the proper place.

7．If you feel satisfied with the design, save it and go back to the checkroom app.

8．Click Upload or drop a file here.

9．Go to Preview&Save, if everything looks good, click Update.

10．Go to the upright corner of the screen and switch the On-off button to On to activate the label.

11．Print your label.

1．Open Zebra Designer essential software.

2．Enter labels dimensions and margins of the label you need.

3．Add text by clicking the Text icon, adjusting the font, size or other elements as needed.

4．Add images, barcodes, lines or shapes as you need.
